The weather has slowly begun to heat up. Our friends Joseph and Catherine Picon down the street have a more child friendly pool area (that is heated), so we decided to hang out with them and make good use of their pool.
Gwen sure is entertaining when learning how to swim.
With Catherine we have the newest addition Madeleine.
EJ loved the sun and the warm water, but I think he really liked to play with the little fountain.
With all of the different activities and changes in Elijah’s schedule he has been such a trooper. He has been making such good progress and consistency with his daytime naps as well as sleeping at night. EJ is really close to sleeping all the way through the night…and so are Tania and I. Naturally some dark evil sets it’s will against us. Yup, you might have guessed it. EJ has begun to teethe. I cannot see them protruding yet but they are slowly making their way to the slimy surface that are the gums of Elijah’s mouth. Elijah can often be found biting on his own fingers, biting on Mom or Dads fingers, his toys, teether toys or any type of fabrics he can get his uncoordinated hands on.
Another fun discovery in the baby entertainment world is Baby Einstein. We decided to have Eli check it out for himself. With his limited attention span he seemed to be enjoying himself. It was so cute to see him chilling on his little tummy as he happily watched and hopefully learned about different types of animals.
