A little boys Birthday Party

My little man is truly becoming a little man! Today we celebrated his 2 1/2 birthday with friends! Why 2 1/2 you might ask? Because his birthday is like the forgotten day of the year, the day after Christmas... So I thought, what the heck, let's have a get together! We had a lot of fun eating cake, playing at the park and going swimming. I'll just post pictures, no need for a ton of words.

Joce, Yanghee, Bobae, Sarah and Lincoln
 Katie and Benson

Miranda, Max, Clara, Bobae and Yanghee
I think this is Elijah's first crush! He met her when he was only a couple of days old.

I LOVE these pictures of the boys!

Henry Boam, such a ladies man!

Thanksgiving in California

Vacation to California served a few purposes. First was to be with family. Nobody outside of our immediate family has ever met our newest member Patrick Rafael Brunner. Second reason for coming home was to have a joint baby blessing with Curtis and Misty's baby Lailee. The third reason was to have Thanksgiving with everyone.

Grandma Dora loved holding Patrick. He is a lot less squirmy than EJ.
At first Elijah was shy but once Auntie Claudia started playing with him he started calling her Tee tee. (that's how he says Auntie). I think he got her tired.

EJ picked up where he left off, playing with Grandpa.

Elijah has become quite the observer. He saw Aunties and Uncles blowing up balloons for his Thomas the Train birthday party. He couldn't resist giving it a try.

Once (Great) Grandpa Max showed up the party really began. It was so fun watching them play balloon together.

Patricks Baby Blessing

While we were in California we got the chance to share Patrick's baby blessing with our family.
Elijah had just woken from a nap in this picture... what a stink face hahah.

Lailee (Curtis and Misty's baby) was born 6 days before Patrick and we were happy to have both our kiddos be blessed the same day!

One month cuties!

We got a chance to mimic a photoshoot in our home today. It's obviously not pro, but it was fun! Hope you enjoy our cute boys.

This was originally intended for Patrick, but we had to get our sweet Eli in on it as well. He's so fun!

Elijah the scientist

On Saturday mornings the Austin Children's Museum opens its doors early for children under 3 and Dad's get in free. So I got to take Elijah and he had a blast. They had tons of interactive activities for kids. We had to share some fun shots. Enjoy.

EJ loved playing with the giant train set. Concentration is key to being a successful conductor.

He also just discovered how to make funny faces behind glass.

Cali Trip BAM STYLE

Trips to visit family in California will always be a treat for us. We got tons of fun pics to show so that we can all remember the fun times with family we don't get to visit as often as we would like.

First off EJ got to know the turtle and loved feeding him with Grandma & Grandpa.
He enjoyed watching the turtle eat he thought he would try some kale.

What a little ladies man.
Had to get some shots of the old siblings.
...and cousins.
It was also nice to get to be with Great Grandma & Grandpa.
Elijah had a blast playing in the sprinklers.
Scooting down the driveway.
 Picking a plumeria for Mommy...naked.
Elijah loved his time at the beach, but didn't want anything to do with the waves.
Too loud and scary.

Cousin Evelyn felt the same way.

Playing in the sand was where it's at.

Got scared from his first big wave encounter, EJ clung to Tania for dear life.
After the sand castles were built and abandoned, Ryan had his way with them...Bruce Lee style.
Sometimes there's nothing better than eating goldfish while getting a tan.

Eli had to get measured on the famous "Wall of Stature".
As much fun as EJ had at Matsen's pool, this might have been the worst slide ever. Thanks for still making it fun Grandpa. You should be honored that he marked his territory before using it. That's a good sign.
Had to get a fun prego shot.

The following video was created by Jared Brunner for our family's enjoyment.

We wanted to show a quick overview of our really fun California trip. So we decided to make it Viva La Bam style. Enjoy.
